• “You” and “your” mean the person or business accessing the site and accepting these terms.
• “We,” “us,” and “our” mean US Loan Portal.
• “Site” means usloanportal.com and any page or form we operate on it.
• “Lending partners” means the independent third-party lenders and funding providers we may introduce you to. They are not our employees or agents.

2.1. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your state or province of residence.

2.2. This site is for business purposes. The information and introductions we provide relate to funding for a business, not to personal, family, or household credit. By submitting a form, you confirm you are seeking funding for business use.

2.3. You represent that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to give it. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2.4. You may not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2.5. Breaching any of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

3.1. When you submit a form, you agree that we may share the information you provided with lending partners so they can contact you about business funding. This is the purpose of the form.

3.2. You consent to be contacted by us and by our lending partners by phone, email, and text message at the number and address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

3.3. You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at info@usloanportal.com. Withdrawing consent with us does not withdraw it with a lending partner who has already contacted you; you would need to tell them directly.

3.4. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

4.1. We ask you to estimate your credit score range. We do not pull your credit report to do so.

4.2. If a credit check is performed at this stage, it is a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A lending partner may later run a hard inquiry as part of an actual application, which can affect your score. That partner will tell you before doing so and will obtain your authorization separately.

We are not a lender. We do not make loans, do not fund advances, and do not make credit decisions of any kind.

We do not arrange or negotiate funding. We provide information about what lending partners typically look for, and we introduce business owners to those partners. We do not act on your behalf in dealings with a lender, do not negotiate terms, and do not represent that any particular terms are available to you.

We do not guarantee approval. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to fund. Whether you receive funding, how much, and on what terms are decisions made entirely by the lending partner, under their own criteria and their own agreement with you.

Amounts and criteria shown are typical, not offered. Funding ranges and eligibility criteria on this site describe what lending partners have generally indicated. They are illustrative. They are not an offer of credit and are not a prediction of what you will be offered.

Lending partners are independent. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, rates, fees, conduct, or decisions. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that partner. Read it before you sign it.

We may be compensated by lending partners when we refer a business owner to them. See our Disclosures page.

You may not:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or stolen information, or information belonging to someone else without their permission
• Transmit any virus, worm, or other code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related system
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or submit data through the site
• Interfere with the operation of the site or with anyone else’s use of it
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation

Breaching this section will result in immediate termination of your access.

The content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

The site may link to sites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for what is on them. Your dealings with any third party found through this site are solely between you and that party.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Loan Portal and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 5, 9, 10, and 11, will survive.

Any comments, suggestions, or feedback you send us are non-confidential, and we may use them for any purpose without compensating you or crediting you.

We may change these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so check back periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and US Loan Portal regarding the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
