Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
US Loan Portal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
The short version: we ask business owners a handful of questions, and we pass the answers to lending partners who may be able to help. Sharing your information with those partners is the service. If you would rather we did not, please do not submit the form.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, along with technical information your browser sends automatically.
A. Information you provide
When you complete a form on our site, we collect:
- Your name and, if you give it, your business name
- Your email address and phone number
- How long your business has been operating
- Approximate monthly revenue
- An estimated credit score range
- Whether your business has a bank account
- What you are looking to fund
We ask for ranges rather than exact figures. We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or tax returns, and you should not send them to us. A lending partner may request documents like those later, directly from you, under their own privacy policy.
B. Usage data
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device and operating system information
- Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
- Date and time of your visit
- The site or ad that referred you
C. Partially completed forms
Our form has several steps. We save your answers as you go, so a dropped connection or a closed tab does not cost you the work. If you stop before the final step, those partial answers stay in our own systems and are not passed to lending partners. Only a completed submission is shared.
D. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools from Meta and Google, to measure how our ads perform and to improve the site. These tools may set their own cookies and may receive information about your visit, including a hashed version of your email address or phone number when you submit a form. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you block them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Introduce you to lending partners whose criteria your answers appear to match
- Contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, and text message
- Answer your questions and provide support
- Send you information about business funding, where you have agreed to receive it
- Measure how our advertising performs and improve the site
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- Meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations
We do not make credit decisions, and we do not use your answers to approve or decline you for anything. Our matching is a starting point, not an underwriting decision.
4. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Communications
You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any text we send. You can ask us to stop calling by telling us so on a call or by emailing us at the address below. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of any purchase.
Sharing with lending partners
Some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, define “sale” and “sharing” of personal information broadly enough to cover passing your details to lending partners in exchange for compensation. We treat it that way rather than argue the point. You can opt out by emailing info@usloanportal.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Opting out means we cannot introduce you to a lending partner, which is the service the form provides.
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at info@usloanportal.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations, and deleting information we already shared with a lending partner is a request you would need to make to that partner directly.
No discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- Completed submissions are retained for up to 5 years, so we can respond to questions and meet recordkeeping obligations.
- Partial form answers that were never submitted are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Information used for marketing is retained for up to 2 years, or until you opt out.
- Usage and analytics data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
Once a retention period ends, we delete or de-identify the information unless we are required to keep it longer.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us, including:
- Encryption in transit. Everything you submit travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Access controls. Only people who need your information to do their job can reach it.
- Established vendors. We use known providers for hosting, storage, and messaging rather than building our own.
- Data minimization. We ask for ranges instead of exact figures and do not collect Social Security or bank account numbers at all.
No website or electronic storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a question about how we handle your data, email us at info@usloanportal.com.
7. Children’s Privacy
This site is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
8. Do Not Track
Browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal, but there is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, and ours does not currently respond to those signals. The opt-out options in section 4 are available regardless of your browser settings.
9. Third-Party Sites
Our site may link to sites we do not operate, and a lending partner may direct you to their own application. This policy does not cover those sites. Read the privacy policy of any site before giving it your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Accessibility
